Due to health and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on opened or used dietary supplements unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

3. How to Request a Return

- Product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photo of the item(s) if damaged or incorrect
We will review your request and provide return instructions. Do not send products back without prior approval.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Shipping fees (original or return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Late or missing refunds? Please first check with your bank or credit card provider, then contact us if the issue persists.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
7. Exchanges
