1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the next business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email in such cases.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer standard shipping across the United States. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped.
The email will include your tracking number(s), which will become active within 24 hours.
You can also track your order through your account or by contacting us.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship within the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. Territories at this time.
Orders with incomplete or invalid addresses may be delayed or canceled.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
For damaged items, please email Sales@vitaminnow.net with photos of the package and the damaged product.
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.

6. Delays Due to Weather or Carrier Issues

VITAMINNOW is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances including natural disasters, severe weather, or carrier service interruptions.
